On 28^th February 2019, four of our Year 9 students attended Junior Team Maths Challenge hosted at Bishop of Winchester Academy and run by the UKMT. (United Kingdom Mathematics Trust)

The day included lots of problem solving and challenging questions throughout the four rounds. Some involved working as pairs and some as a group with a ‘relay round’ were students had to run from one side of the room to the other as quick as they possibly could to collect the questions and hand in the answers, there was a great atmosphere and competitive spirit from all schools taking part. 

Well done to our students who were perfectly behaved and great representatives for the school.
