The consultation period runs from Monday 10th December 2018 to Monday 21st January 2019.

Consultation Statement:

The school is consulting on its intention to undertake a measured and proportionate increase of its PAN to 240 for 2020 admissions into Year 7. This is a specific response to the DCC-backed growth of our main primary feeder, Highcliffe St Mark, and our only feeder school not in a shared catchment situation with any other secondary school, from a PAN of 64 to a permanent PAN of 96. The first permanent cohort of 96 will rise to secondary age for Intake September 2020 and the Governors are committed to ensure that Highcliffe School continues to serve its local catchment community by seeking to maintain the current position - in which any students in our catchment feeder primary schools who wish to be educated at Highcliffe School usually gain a place, continues from 2020.

Please can you send any comments you may have about the proposed arrangements to: The Clerk of the Governing Body, no later than Monday 21st January 2019, c/o Highcliffe School, Parkside, Highcliffe, Christchurch, BH23 4QD or alternatively email, clerktogovernors@highcliffeschool.com.

You will not receive an individual response to any comment you submit regarding the consultation, but any comments you do submit will be considered by the Governing Body when determining the final admission arrangements for Intake 2020.
