At Highcliffe we have always worked hard to keep data secure and use appropriately and with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) coming in to force on the 25th of May we have taken this opportunity to update a number of policies and procedures in school.
The school needs information about its students, staff and parents to be operational and provide the educational services whilst keeping all members of our community safe. One area we have reviewed is our Privacy Notices and Data Mapping of what information we store and under which legal basis.
This mapping activity is ongoing as we work with our suppliers but we aim to have all main internal and externals systems mapped before the 25th May 2018.

You may notice over time some of our forms and data collections changing slightly as a result of us continuing to develop our practices as the regulations come in to force.
