Young Highcliffe Artist of the Year

The first winner of the Dennis Ford Award for Young Artist of the Year is Rosie Ashley-East.  Using her friends as models, Rosie created a highly imaginative artwork combining photography and computer skills. On the evening of Monday 28th September Rosie was invited to the Civic Offices to be presented with her award by the Mayor.



Congratulations to Rosie for dedicating herself to the conception of such a creative and time-consuming piece of AS Level work. Rosie is currently undertaking a self-initiated project in Photography and we are sure it will be as interesting and creative as the work she achieved last year.

Thanks go to the Highcliffe Art Society and Highcliffe and Infinity Camera club for their interest and involvement with Highcliffe School and for joining us in celebrating the work of our students.
