Year 7 Highcliffe-on-Sea Exhibition 2015

Year 7 students have spent this week working on a project across many subject areas with a Highcliffe-on-Sea theme.

We would like to invite you to the exhibition of the student's work on Wednesday 15th July.

They have explored a number of local topics from the history of local smuggler, Sam Hookey to Highcliffe during the Second World War.

The students completed a joint Maths and English project in which students use their mathematical skills to find hidden treasure and write a journal of their journey. Clay mouldings of sea defences and beach fronts, whole class pieces of art and many other creative pieces will also be on display.

Work from as many students as possible will be displayed in the Sixth Form Study Area in a celebration of student achievement.

I very much hope you will be able to attend the exhibition on Wednesday 15th July between 4.00 and 6.00pm. Refreshments will be available throughout the afternoon.
