Going Bananas with Sainsbury’s
Sainsbury’s kick-start exam season for GCSE students!
A massive ‘Thank You’ to Sainsbury’s in Christchurch who donated Bananas to help support our Year 11 students before a number of our core GCSE Examination subjects. Keeping energy levels up is vital and eating the right food can really help.
Did you know: Bananas contain tyrosine, an amino acid that helps encourage alertness and motivation!
If you would like advice over other food items which help alertness and energy levels have a look at our ‘Power to Perform’ information and recipe ideas at https://station1.highcliffe.dorset.sch.uk/intra/default.asp?id=3288
Thank you to Miss Gooding for making all this possible with Sainsbury’s.
