Sixth Formers Head to France for Work Experience

Three students will be embark on an authentic french work experience

"This Sunday, myself and two other students will embark on an authentic French experience: work experience in a French school. We cannot wait to benefit not only from the opportunity to become more confident in French conversation but also more familiar with the French culture and school system.

Our trip will also allow us to visit unique local sights such as Rouen and Mr Maurice’s Home town of Pont-Audemer. As part of the authentic experience, we will enjoy the best of French cuisine and perhaps even some shopping! On the Friday we will organise an English day for the French students, which we hope, will be the perfect opportunity for a cultural exchange in which we can bond with our French counterparts.

The demand that the constant immersion will put on our level of French, will allow us to see noticeable improvements when we return to England and we greatly look forward to sharing our experiences with the rest of the school on our return."
