Annual Highcliffe Rotary Club dinner

    Our Y10 Catering students prepared a three-course meal for the Highcliffe Rotary Club yesterday and the evening was a great success! Well done to the students and staff involved for a delicious meal and delightful evening.

    Smoked Mackerel Pate or Warm Goats Cheese both served with a Rocket, sunblush tomato & olive salad and soda bread

    Supreme of Chicken with a lemon & tarragon crŤme fraiche sauce
    Wild Mushroom Charlotte both served with crushed new potatoes and seasonal vegetables

    Rhubarb & Almond Crumble Tart with custard
